This Privacy Policy explains how Witness the Fitness Pvt. Ltd., A Block, Sector 9, Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201301, India (“EVRYDAY”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, shares and protects your personal data when you use evryday.wtf or buy from us. We process personal data in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made under them.

1. What we collect

  • Contact and account details: name, phone number, email address, and OTP verification of your phone or email.
  • Order details: delivery and billing address, products ordered, order history, returns and support requests.
  • Payment information: payment status and transaction references from our payment partners. We do not store your full card number, CVV, UPI PIN or net-banking password.
  • Device and usage data: IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, clicks, cart activity, and cookie identifiers.
  • What you share with us: messages to support or chat, reviews, survey answers and anything you choose to enter in on-site tools (for example the protein calculator, which runs in your browser).

2. How we use it

  • To process, confirm, ship and deliver your orders, including COD confirmation.
  • To provide customer support and handle cancellations, replacements and refunds.
  • To send order, delivery and account messages by SMS, email, phone or WhatsApp.
  • With your consent, to send offers and product news. You can opt out at any time.
  • To prevent fraud, misuse and payment abuse, and to keep the Platform secure.
  • To understand how the site is used and improve it (analytics), and to measure and improve our advertising.
  • To meet legal, tax and regulatory requirements.

3. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. We share only what is needed with:

  • Payment partners (such as Cashfree) to process payments and refunds;
  • Logistics partners (couriers and shipping platforms) to deliver your order;
  • Platform and service providers such as Shopify (store hosting), email/SMS/WhatsApp providers, customer chat and reviews tools;
  • Analytics and advertising partners such as Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity and Meta, which may use cookies and similar technologies;
  • Authorities when required by law, court order or to protect rights and safety;
  • a successor entity if our business is merged, acquired or restructured.

Some providers may store or process data outside India, subject to applicable law and appropriate safeguards.

4. Cookies and tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep your cart working, remember preferences, understand site usage (for example Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity session analytics) and measure ads. Some small preferences, such as your 30-day challenge ticks, are saved only in your own browser. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some features may then not work properly.

5. How long we keep it

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above, including to meet legal, tax and accounting obligations (order and invoice records are generally kept for the period required by law). After that, we delete or anonymise it.

6. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, such as encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls and trusted service providers. No system is completely secure, but we work to protect your data and will act on any breach as required by law.

7. Your rights

Subject to law, you can:

  • ask for a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how it is used;
  • ask us to correct, complete or update it;
  • ask us to erase it, where we no longer need it;
  • withdraw consent for marketing or other consent-based processing;
  • nominate another person to exercise your rights in case of death or incapacity;
  • raise a grievance with us, and then with the Data Protection Board of India.

To exercise these rights, email grievances@wtfevryday.com with the subject “Privacy request”. We may verify your identity before acting.

8. Children

The Platform is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18 without verifiable parental consent. If you believe a child has shared data with us, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Third-party links

Our site may link to other websites (for example wtfgyms.com or social media). Their privacy practices are their own; please read their policies.

10. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page with its effective date.
