EVRYDAY Credit Back: the short version

Your first EVRYDAY order earns 15% back as store credit, up to ₹300. You can spend that credit on your next order. That's it. The details below explain exactly when it applies.

Who it's for

It applies to your first order with EVRYDAY, placed with a customer account (or with an email or phone we can match to one).
One Credit Back per customer. Several accounts for the same person or household count as one customer.

How much you get

15% of what you paid for the products (the prices you see on the site, GST included), after any automatic discount. Shipping charges don't count.
The most you can earn on one order is ₹300.
We round to the nearest whole rupee. If the credit works out to less than ₹50, no credit is issued.

Coupon or credit, not both

If you apply a coupon or discount code at checkout, that order does not earn Credit Back. Pick whichever saves you more.

When the credit arrives

We add it about 2 weeks after dispatch (14 days from the day we ship), once the order is paid in full and hasn't been returned. That gap covers delivery plus our 7-day window for reporting damaged products.
For Cash on Delivery orders, the order counts as paid once the payment has reached us.
Shopify will email you when the credit lands in your account.

Using your credit

To redeem, log in at checkout with the same phone number or email you used on your first order. The credit then shows up as a payment option.
It is valid for 30 days from the day it's added. Unused credit expires after that.
It is store credit only, spendable on evryday.wtf. It cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred, or sold.

Orders that don't qualify

Orders that are cancelled, returned, refunded or partly refunded.
Orders that include a gift card.
Orders placed with a coupon or discount code.
Second and later orders.

Returns and refunds cancel Credit Back. If an order is returned or refunded after the credit was issued, we will remove the credit (or reduce it to match what you kept).

The fine print

We may change or end Credit Back at any time. Credit already in your account stays valid until its expiry date.
We may withhold or cancel credit where we see misuse, such as repeat "first" orders through new accounts.
Credit Back is run by Witness the Fitness Pvt. Ltd., which operates the EVRYDAY store.
